All Services Fully Operational
The service we deliver is vital to keep our customers safe and connected in their homes and businesses, so we are thrilled to announce that all of our services have now fully resumed.
We are continually following the UK government’s guidance and putting extra safety precautions in place while working hard to prioritise emergencies and our most vulnerable customers.
How can I reach you during the pandemic?
You can contact us via our main number as normal, webchat or email. While we are experiencing high demand, we’re working hard to ensure all services are delivered within our SLAs.
I have Coronavirus symptoms; can the works still commence?
If our contractors need to visit your home, site or property, you will need to inform us of the following:
- Is there anyone in your property / site with a confirmed case of Coronavirus?
- Are you or anyone else in the property in self-isolation on medical advice or following contact with someone who has the virus?
Your account manager can then ensure all works are carried out safely and within COVID guidelines.
What precautions has Crown Energy taken to protect its customers and employees?
We are continuing to deliver a safe and reliable service to all of our customers with extra safety precautions in place. We operating rotating shifts and allowing staff to work from home where possible to ensure we continue to deliver our high levels of service.
