There are several situations where a water disconnection may be required. These include:

  • Lead supply pipe replacement – If your property is still connected via lead pipes, we can disconnect the existing supply and replace it with a safer, modern alternative
  • Single supply pipe disconnection – For properties on their own independent supply, we’ll disconnect the old pipe as soon as the new one is installed, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Shared or common supply – If you share a supply with neighbouring properties, the disconnection will need to take place at the point where your private section of pipe joins the shared supply
